Design Coordination & Information Management

Plan the drawings and models. Then deliver them.

Tektelos is a platform for planning and executing the development of design drawings and models: the plan, the models, the sheets, the issues, and the measure of progress, kept together in one place.

What's behind this text isn't a render. It's two Revit models, published to Tektelos, running live in your browser. Scroll.

Stone one — living

The problem is lived, not theoretical

Models drift out of alignment. Sheets quietly stop matching the model. Deadlines are tracked in spreadsheets that describe the work but never touch it, and nobody can say with confidence how close the set really is to done.

The tools to manage the development of a design were never built. So we're building them.

Stone two — planning

Mark the way

Set out the scope and the schedule of the work, and tie them to the model itself. Every discipline publishes from Revit and Civil 3D through Ixer, our own add-ins, into one shared record: versioned in the cloud, aligned by shared coordinates, and readable by the whole team.

The cut opening beside you is real: an architectural model and a structural model, published separately, meeting exactly where they should.

Stone three — building

Reach the destination

Review models and sheets side by side, run coordination tests, and send issues straight back into the authoring tools where they get fixed. Check the work against your standards and report progress with evidence, so the set reaches the deadline complete and coordinated.

In the order a project runs

Project

Plan it. The scope, the schedule, and the deliverables, connected to the model elements they describe.

Design

Develop it. Models and sheets together, coordination tests, and issues that travel back to Revit and Civil 3D.

Measure

Prove it. Standards checked on the work itself, and reports that show where the set stands.
